In order to help decrease the spread of COVID-19, City of Westland Administrative Offices are closed to the public through May 31, 2020. Please review our online services and department contact emails and phone numbers located on our website.  City staff will still be responding to emails and voicemails as quickly as possible.  There are also two drop boxes located at City Hall for bill payments (no cash please) and document drop offs that will be checked daily.  Thank you for your patience in this unprecedented challenging time and please stay healthy. 


Sanitation Millage Information

The City of Westland presented information to the Westland City Council during the Sanitation Fund Study Session on January 28, 2020.  The information provided revolves around the status of the Sanitation Fund as it is today and the projected status over the next 10 fiscal years.  There are also separate projections included if curbside recycling was restored.

The intent of this information is to help inform the Residents of Westland as to the current and future status of the Fund so they can make an educated decision on the March ballot millage proposal.
