Rooms may be reserved up to one year in advance.  All reservations are first-come-first-serve.  All are strongly encouraged to see the rooms before renting.  A deposit of $150 is required to reserve a room.  Reservations may be made inperson or by phone.  Payments may be made by check, cash or charge.
