INTRODUCTION
The City of Westland's Senior Resources Department develops and implements a comprehensive program designed to address the changing needs of older adults in the community. The center has recently expanded the hours of service. In addition to regular business hours, the Friendship Center is open to residents during the evening Monday through Thursday, and also on Saturday morning. Citizens are WELCOME and encouraged to stop and visit the Friendship Center. Staff members are available to give tours to visitors and supply information regarding programs and services.
