DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVE
The City of Westland's Senior Resources Department develops and implements comprehensive programs designed to address the expanding needs of the older adults in the community.
Initially, citizens may come in to inquire about activities or are curious about the Center. Members of the community are WELCOME and encouraged to stop and visit the Friendship Center. Staff is available to give tours to visitors and will supply any needed information. The Center not only provides programs, services, and activities for the older adult, but also is a source of information for family members of older adults in the community.
