City of Westland Website User Testing - MODERATED

Full Description

The City of Westland is excited to have launched a redesigned website! In an effort to constantly improve our website, we’re looking for people who may be interested in trying out our new website and giving feedback after using it.

You will be asked to do several short tasks using a website. Tasks will range from navigating to a specific page for information to signing up for activities. You will also be asked questions about your experience and perceptions of the website. 

The location for each unattended testing session includes the link for that test.  The test can be completed at your leisure during the day you are registered for the testing.  It only takes about 30 minutes to complete the 8 tasks.
