Instructions for Public Comments:
Electronic Attendees will be able to use the "Raise Hand" function during the Citizen's Comments sections of the meeting.  The Authority Chairperson will recognize the resident and will be allowed to speak when called upon for up to 3 minutes.
Telephone Attendees will be placed in a queue by pressing *9 and will be identified and called upon by the last four digits of their telephone number.  In order to talk, the Attendee must press *6 to un-mute their telephone.
Normal public comment protocols will be followed.
