Virtual Downtown Development Authority Meeting
The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) promotes and facilitates plans that result in continued development, redevelopment, revitalization, and/or reuse of properties within the DDA district boundaries.
All meetings are open to the public and citizens will have a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
In order to insure reasonable accessibility, Individuals with disabilities or who require special accommodations, auxiliary aids or services to attend or participate in this program should contact (734) 467-3263 during normal business hours Monday through Friday. At least 3 day notice advanced notice is required for most accommodations. Interpreters can take longer to schedule based on availability.
Pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 228 Public Acts of 2020 passed by the State of Michigan government and the issuance of Emergency Order under MCL 333.2253 , notice is hereby given that this meeting will be held as an electronic session.

Instructions for Public Comments:
Electronic Attendees will be able to use the "Raise Hand" function during the Citizen's Comments sections of the meeting. The Chairperson will recognize the resident and will be allowed to speak when called upon for up to 3 minutes.
Telephone Attendees will be placed in a queue by pressing *9 and will be identified and called upon by the last four digits of their telephone number. In order to talk, the Attendee must press *6 to un-mute their telephone.
Normal public comment protocols will be followed.
