Virtual Planning Commission Meeting
The Planning Commission reviews and recommends to City Council all applications for amendments to the Zoning Ordinance or zoning map, applications for special land uses, site plan approvals and planned unit developments.

All meetings are open to the public and citizens will have a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

From 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm is a study session prior to the official meeting.

Instructions for Public Comments:
Electronic Attendees will be able to use the "Raise Hand" function during the Citizen's Comments sections of the meeting.  The Commission Chairperson will recognize the resident and will be allowed to speak when called upon for up to 3 minutes.
Telephone Attendees will be placed in a queue by pressing *9 and will be identified and called upon by the last four digits of their telephone number.  In order to talk, the Attendee must press *6 to un-mute their telephone.
Normal public comment protocols will be followed.
