The Patrol Division is the largest and most visible division within the Westland Police Department. Made up of 48 sworn officers this division protects the citizens, businesses, and visitors to the City of Westland. Police services are provided 24-hour service 7 days a week.
The Westland Police Department established its Recruitment Team in 2015 in order to maintain the flow of qualified candidates to the Westland Police Department.
