The Nankin Transit Commission provides curb to curb bus transportation to seniors and handicapped individuals in the cities of Canton, Garden City, Inkster, Wayne, and Westland. Westland's two representatives to the board are appointed by City Council. The eight-member board is comprised of two representatives each from the cities of Garden City, Inkster, Wayne, and Westland.
