The City of Westland uses Monsido to monitor the website in order to make it accessible for everyone. Monsido helps to make the website WCAG 2.0 Level AA Compliant.

The City of Westland Council Chambers is equipped with an induction loop system that allows people with compatible hearing devices to connect directly to our audio system in our City Council Chambers.

Hearing Assistance FM Receiver System

The City of Westland Council Chambers is also equipped with a FM receiver that connects directly to our audio system in that room for people that need some assistance but do not have t-loop capable hearing devices.

The City does have receivers on hand for residents to use in the City Council Chambers meetings if they need them.
