The Westland Fire Department is excited to provide the residents of Westland a new program to provide free smoke detectors to people that do not have them in their homes. The Fire Department will provide you with a free smoke detector and install it for you.
Disclaimers:
- Must be a resident of Westland
- The Fire Department does not install hardwired smoke detectors
- The smoke detectors will not be installed in rental properties or apartments
